There are tons of way that you can get involved with the ArtsVibe Teen Program at the Woodruff Arts Center! Come visit us during Teen Lounge and see what kind of arts you want to get involved with!

ArtsVibe Teen Program

Membership Cards – Maybe you don’t have time to join one of our groups.  You can still get ArtsVibe benefits by signing up for a membership card.  These cards will give you access to our latest events, and get you discount to select performances and exhibitions at the Woodruff Arts Center.

ArtsVibe Teen Council – This group serves as an advisory board for the overall ArtsVibe Teen Program.  This group meets regularly with ArtsVibe Administrators to help accomplish the goals and mission for the year ahead.  The group develops skills in arts administration and arts advocacy throughout the year.

Teen Press Corps – The Press Corps is a group of teens who will have the responsibility of spreading the ArtsVibe message to the community at large.  They will be given responsibilities and assignments of managing social media, writing reviews, developing blogs and vlogs, etc.

Alliance Theatre
Teen Ensemble – The teens in this group get an exclusive behind the scenes look at the Alliance Theatre.  As active performers, they prepare musicals and plays under the direction of professionals.  The group also gets to participate in table readings of works and see the Alliance Theatre’s productions throughout the year.

Arts for Learning
Digital Storytelling Club – This group of teens meets on a regular basis and learns how to use new media and technology to share their stories.

Atlanta Symphony Orchestra
Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra -Established in 1974, the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra provides Atlanta’s most talented and dedicated students an outlet to perform masterworks. Each year, more than three hundred instrumentalists ages 13-18 audition for one of 120 seats in the orchestra.  The Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra presents a three concert series each year, and members have exclusive invitations to participate in readings and master classes with the top artists in the instrumental music industry.

High Museum of Art
Teen Team – The High Museum of Art’s Teen Advisory Council (Teen Team) is a group of 14 creative high school students who share a common interest in art and community engagement. The Teen Team gets behind-the-scenes access to the Museum, plans teen nights and events, assists with summer camp, and learns about the Museum’s exhibitions and collections.
